If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund if the issue is verified.
How to Return

If approved, you’ll receive return instructions and, in some cases, a prepaid shipping label.

Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about your refund status.

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
